Artist residencies are available from one to three weeks in length, offering artists from all genres dedicated time to create. The residency is application-based and includes:

• Choice of 1, 2 or 3 consecutive weeks

• Shared kitchen, studio, living areas and laundry facilities

• Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and basic spices and pantry staples

• One group dinner with all artists each week

• Linens laundered each week

• Transportation to grocery store, post office, pharmacy, etc. three times each week

Residency Pricing:

• King bedroom with private ensuite bath with shower; sitting area in bedroom; opens to shared deck: $400/week for artist + $200/week for guest

• Queen bedroom with private ensuite bath with shower; adjoining sitting room; bathroom opens to screened porch: $400/week + $200/week for artist for guest

• Twin bedroom with two twin beds; shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo: $200/week for artist + $100/week for guest
